Here we are again, heading into another show season. We have a lot of good shows lined up for this summer and fall and we hope to see a lot of you there. I've been painting a lot this past winter; here are a few of my newest ones. I'm finishing up a commissioned portrait and I have another commission landscape to do. I have several more new paintings that are finished or just about finished and will be added to the web site soon. Lately, I have been painting more and more in oils which I am enjoying very much but I am also still doing some watercolors. It's very fulfilling going back and forth between the two mediums because they are such opposites.

Our Grandson, Colby is growing so fast. He will be 2 in July and he sure is talking up a storm. He is so full of life and fun!! Grand-parenting is the best!! Colby's big thing right now is going for 4-wheeler rides with Grandpa. He is all boy! He loves being outside and loves playing with his new puppy. Some exciting news is that Colby is going to be a big brother in July. Our son Anthony and daughter-in-law Amy, are expecting another baby. So it will be great to start all over again with a tiny baby. Hopefully Amy will cooperate again and have her baby on a weekend that we don't have a show and are home. :)
