It's been a couple of months since I sent my last newsletter, so you will see more new releases this time then usual. I have been painting more then ever and loving every minute. I just finished another watercolor portrait commission which will probably show up in my next newsletter and am currently working on one of my Dad. I also just finished a watercolor portrait of my son Joe. A couple weeks ago I attended an artist workshop by Lynne Yancha, a well known artist that I admire very much. It is always fun to spend time with other artists, to learn new techniques, and it inspires me to paint and try out the new techniques.

   The weather has finally warmed up, which means two things.  One, I get to spend time in my flower gardens and watch the new life spring from the ground.  Spring is my favorite time of year as I get my fingers-in-the-dirt therapy and watch the flowers bloom.  Two, the summer art show season is here and I will get to meet many of you again.  We are doing several new shows in new areas and I have posted the first part of our summer schedule on the future art events page.
