$25.00 - $85.00

Description

This is a watercolor painting of the house my Grandparent's lived in just north of Lancaster PA. It was built in the 1750's and the deed was signed by William Penn's three Sons. As a child, my sister and I would go to my Grandparents farm for several days at a time. My Grandpa raised sheep and I loved to wake up in the morning to the bleating of the sheep. I have many wonderful memories of this old homestead, playing in the waterfalls, running through the meadows, and watching Grandpa tend the sheep. This property is currently owned by Calvary Church, Lancaster PA., and can be seen on the west side of Rt. 222 about a mile N. of Rt. 30.
