This painting of of a young model named Heidi with a cute little red dress shows the versatility of Julia Swartz as an artist.  She was intrigued by the emotion of the scene, where the subject seems to be thinking deeply or daydreaming. The bun at the back of Heidi's head adds interest to the composition.
