Description
A watercolor painting of blooming flowers in a window box on a city street in Lancaster by Julia Swartz. I did this watercolor painting for a show at the Lancaster County Art Association. The theme was Lancaster City. I drove around Lancaster looking for something to inspire me. I saw these window boxes overflowing with flowers. They were beautiful, so I got out and took a picture, and this is what came of it. I won first prize with this watercolor painting.
